MECHANICAL DIVISION
The department operates in various high-tech sectors through mechanical milling and turning operations that are performed by numerically controlled machines.
The department occupies a covered area of about 800 square metres, employs about 6 operators and makes use of 8 multi-pallet machines (4 lathes + 1 machining centre).
In particular, the numerically controlled machinery allows flexible production with rapid installation and start-up, short batch delivery, and also maintains a remarkable homogeneity of quality.
All this is possible thanks to the integration of automated systems for both machining and storage, the use of advanced control software, and also a more efficient use of resources that allow rapid installation with minimal production interruptions.
The flexibility of the Alphasar production range is guaranteed by the consolidated experience in the various sectors of mechanical machining.
Technologies and materials are studied in depth to guarantee the customer the best result.
Alphasar supplies finished products starting with the procurement of materials through a chain of approved and certified suppliers.

Alphasar also has an in-house surface polishing department and an area dedicated to inspection and testing of parts with stations for NDT tests with penetrating liquids and magnetic particles.
Alphasar produces for the Petrochemical, Oleodynamic, Naval, Energy and Nuclear sectors.
