Alphasar has always been attentive to issues related to the safety and health of workers in the working environment. The proposed objectives in this area are aimed at reducing and eliminating the root causes of potential accidents and/or occupational diseases.
The Management annually updates the company's Safety Policy, with the aim of meeting the new needs of workers, as well as any changes in activities, always in full compliance with the laws in force and their possible amendments and/or additions.

In accordance with the requirements of the Consolidation Act 81/08, the main prevention and protection figures within the company have been identified by the employer:

• Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP), who provides for the organisation of the prevention and protection service on site;
• Competent Doctor, who provides for the protection of workers' health by means of medical examinations at predetermined intervals.
