Assembly division

The plant in Via Leoncavallo covers an area of approximately 2500 square metres, and is divided into areas for the assembly of fluid pumping systems, pump mechanics (assembly and disassembly of components), final testing (non-destructive testing and pump/line pressing), and the construction and wiring of electrical systems on units. The site also has a large outdoor area for goods storage and handling.
Alphasar also collaborates with highly qualified suppliers for the loading of units for exceptional transport handling loads of more than 15 tonnes

ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OF HYDRAULIC PUMPS
The department specialises in the assembly and disassembly of all components that make up a hydraulic pump. This process has a dual purpose

• assembly of the pump for shipment
• disassembly of the pump for research and resolution of structural anomalies and subsequent assembly for shipment of the same.

During this process phase, qualified operators carry out dimensional checks on the components using measuring instruments (various types of gauges, micrometers, dial gauges, etc.).

ASSEMBLY OF ASSEMBLIES
This process is constantly monitored in order to make the assembly of all components (pumps, motors, systems, etc.) faster and of higher quality. The same department has a team of electricians highly specialised in the electrical wiring of these units.
